Dr. Funches ties this into the message of the last episode, on the benefits and blessings of knowing God. Before you can trust God, you have to know God. This episode takes it a bit further to look at the benefits and blessings of trusting God. Dr. Funches compares our lives as believers to the readers of a book that God has authored.
Dr. Funches talks about being broken and the difficulty of growing trust by sharing stories of her own life and how God blessed her. Dr. Funches looks at selected verses and examples of Esther, Noah, and Joseph in the scriptures, who received great blessings through their trust in God.
